TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GIFT CARDS/VOUCHERS.

-        Gift cards / Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase (excluding gift cards purchased in December which are valid from Christmas day for 6 months)

-        Gift cards / Vouchers cannot be used for deposits for online bookings.

-        Gift cards / Vouchers can only be used in salon.

-        Gift cards / Vouchers can be used against services or retail.

-        Gift cards / Vouchers are non-refundable & non-transferable.

-        Expired cards will not be accepted. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to ensure timely use. Any remaining balance which hasn't been redeemed by the expiry date will automatically be removed.

 

MISSED APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY.

We value your time and aim to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate everyone, we have a transparent cancellation policy:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' advance notice to avoid any charges.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the scheduled appointment.

  • Missed appointments or cancellations made on the day of the appointment will result in a charge of 100%. Future appointments cannot be scheduled until full payment for the missed appointment is received.

  • Repeated instances of last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may require a non-refundable booking fee for all future bookings to secure your appointment slot.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these policies, which enable us to serve you better and allocate our resources efficiently.

 

ONLINE BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS

  • Online bookings necessitate a 50% booking fee to secure your appointment slot.

  • Booking fees are non-refundable. However, they can be transferred to another appointment provided we receive a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

  • Please note that online booking timings are subject to slight adjustments to accommodate the specific service required.

  • Online booking is unavailable for children's appointments. Please contact the salon directly to schedule appointments for children.

  • Your cooperation and understanding of these policies are greatly appreciated as we strive to provide you with the best service possible.

  • Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

 

SKIN TESTING & CONSULTATIONS

  • A skin test must be conducted at least 48 hours prior to any color appointment. This crucial step ensures your safety and helps prevent adverse reactions.

  • It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any changes that may necessitate a new skin test, such as tattoos/henna tattoos, medication adjustments, illness, or pregnancy. Failure to disclose relevant information could lead to potential reactions or compromised color results.

  • For all color changes, we highly recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation with your preferred stylist. During this session, your stylist will conduct a skin test and assess your hair to determine the most suitable course of action for your future appointment.

  • We strictly adhere to the law and salon policy regarding hair coloring for individuals under the age of 16. We are unable to provide color services to individuals under this age for their safety and compliance with legal regulations.

  • Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

 

PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES & TEXTS

  • Promotions are valid for a duration of 2 weeks from the date of receiving this message, unless otherwise specified (e.g., ONE DAY ONLY DEALS). Extensions are not possible due to limited availability.

  • You must notify us of the promotion at the time of booking your appointment. Failure to do so may result in the promotion being refused.

  • Promotions cannot be used for children's appointments or express color services.

  • Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse promotions without prior notice.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ELECTRICAL PURCHASES

In light of recent fraudulent activities targeting GHD salons, we regret to inform you that

we are unable to process refunds for electrical items.

However, if you encounter any issues with a faulty item within its warranty period, you can directly return it to GHD. They will handle the entire process for you, ensuring a swift resolution.
